If you’re having trouble signing in:
Make sure you’re using the same sign-in method you originally chose (email/password or Sign in with Apple)
If you used Sign in with Apple, try signing in again using the Apple button rather than email
Check your internet connection and try again
If you’re still stuck, email us and include:
The email address associated with your account (if applicable)
Your device type and iOS version
If you have questions about subscriptions, billing, or renewals:
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID
You can view or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store settings
If something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

UnLapse only collects the information needed for the app to function properly. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

To request deletion of your account and associated data
Email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll take care of it.
If the app crashes, freezes, or behaves unexpectedly:
Make sure you’re running the latest version of UnLapse
Restart the app and try again
When reporting an issue, please include:
What happened
What you were doing at the time
Your device model and iOS version
